Hautes-Alpes Adventure Day
A discovery program par excellence for mountain activities, interspersed with a barbecue meal by the river. You will choose between two half-days of initiation/discovery, accessible to all, mixing two complementary mountain disciplines that will make you discover unforgettable sensations.

Over one day from 9:30 a.m., 2 half-days of activities to choose from:
Champsaur - Valgaudemar - Gapençais
WHITE WATER SWIMMING - RAFTING - HOT DOG - CANYONING* - PAINTBALL (200 balls) - Adventure Park - MTB - CLIMBING - VIA FERRATA - QUAD* - PARAGLIDING*

At lunchtime, a friendly barbecue meal will be served at our base, by the water. It is presented in the form of a barbecue and includes: mixed salad, grilled meats/potatoes, cheese and local tart, unlimited wine)
End of the day around 4:30 p.m.
LEVEL REQUIRED: Based on initiation and discovery, you will not need great physical condition to taste such a pleasure!!!

Change of clothes, sneakers that can go in the water, windbreaker, thermal clothing.
Explore the valleys of the Durance and their natural treasures
Between wild rivers, majestic mountains and authentic villages, the valleys of the Durance offer a natural setting of exceptional richness. From the famous wave of Rabioux to the sunny lands of Buëch, each valley reveals varied landscapes, a preserved heritage and a multitude of outdoor activities.
Rabioux and the Durance Valley
A key point for whitewater sports enthusiasts, the Rabioux wave is the beating heart of the Durance. This valley, bordered by Alpine peaks, is ideal for rafting, kayaking or swimming in clear waters. The surrounding villages, such as Embrun, offer a warm atmosphere and breathtaking views of Lake Serre-Ponçon.
Champsaur and Valgaudemar: wild and unspoiled nature
Champsaur, a real agricultural valley, seduces with its green mountain pastures, accessible hiking trails and typical little villages. Valgaudemar, for its part, is a wild sanctuary where time seems to stand still. Its imposing waterfalls, deep gorges and intimate atmosphere make it a popular destination for lovers of authentic mountains.
Gapençais Valley: a balcony on the Alps
Around Gap, this valley offers a gentle blend of nature and culture. The rolling hills and pine forests are ideal for hiking, while the town of Gap, a gentle and sunny capital, offers a rich cultural and gastronomic offering.
Le Buëch: Provençal sweetness and contrasting landscapes
Between mountains and hills bathed in light, Le Buëch reveals a unique charm, where Alpine influences mingle with those of Provence. Its hilltop villages, vineyards and plateaus offer a peaceful setting, ideal for mountain biking, walking or horse riding escapades.

From the adrenaline of the white waters of the Durance to the serenity of the Buëch trails, via the wild peaks of Valgaudemar, these valleys are a paradise for nature and adventure lovers. Each valley tells a story, between traditions, magnificent landscapes and activities for young and old.
